8th Annual Tie One On for Prostate Cancer Bike/Run/Walk

Description: Health and Safety is proud to sponsor Local 413 Tie One On for Prostate & Colon Cancer. Join us for a day of wellness, fitness, and fun! We will offer: • Health screenings, including blood pressure (BP), body mass index (BMI), and A1C checks • Massage therapy • Other fun health-related activities Participants can also choose from the following events: Registration opens at 7:00AM • Bike rides 7:30AM: 15, 25, or 40 miles Zumba 8:00AM • Run 8:15AM: 5 miles • Walk 8:45AM: 2 miles Come out and support a great cause while taking charge of your health!
